Allison Linney, president of Allison Partners, has
built a career of commitment to her clients’ achievement of
their goals. A former consultant within Accenture’s Human Performance
Service Line, Ms. Linney received an MBA from the Darden Graduate
School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia. Together
with a team of colleagues, Ms. Linney brings both sound theory and
practical experience to the challenge of organizational development.
Ms. Linney’s expertise spans communication strategy and implementation,
leadership development, executive coaching, organization design,
project management, training design and process engineering. In
addition, she has significant field experience in diversity and
has developed strategies and conducted training programs to help
foster diversity within organizations.
